Wag&Nest respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and your choices. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

  • Contact and order details: your name, email, phone, delivery and billing address, and the products you buy.
  • Payment information: processed securely by our payment providers (such as Shopify Payments or PayPal). We don't store your full card details.
  • Website usage: information from cookies and similar tools, such as pages viewed and device type.
  • Messages: anything you send us, like support emails or photos of a damaged item.
  • Pet details (optional): if you choose to tell us about your pet, such as their name or size, to help with recommendations.

How we use it

  • To process, ship and track your order, and handle returns and refunds.
  • To reply to your questions and provide customer support.
  • To send marketing emails (only if you've opted in; you can unsubscribe anytime).
  • To improve our website, products and ads, and to prevent fraud.

Who we share it with

We only share what's needed to run our store, including:

  • Shopify, which hosts our store;
  • payment providers;
  • fulfilment partners and couriers who pack and deliver your order (some are located overseas, so your name and delivery address may be sent overseas to fulfil your order);
  • marketing and analytics tools (such as Google and Meta), where permitted.

We never sell your personal information.

We use cookies to keep your cart working, understand how people use our site and show relevant ads. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We only keep it for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.
