1. About us

This website is operated by Wag&Nest ("we", "us", "our"), an online pet products store based in Cable Beach, Western Australia. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other law that can't be excluded. Where these Terms conflict with your ACL rights, your ACL rights win.

3. Products and descriptions

We work hard to describe our products accurately, including sizes, colours and materials. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and pet products are sized as a guide. Please check measurements against your pet before ordering. If a product isn't as described, see our Refund Policy.

4. Using our products safely

Pets are all different. Please:

  • supervise your pet with new toys and check toys regularly for wear, replacing them when damaged;
  • choose sizes suitable for your pet;
  • follow all product instructions, especially for grooming, care, electronic and water products;
  • speak with your vet about any health concerns. Our products are not a substitute for veterinary advice or treatment.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.

6. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch your items. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product is unavailable, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.

7. Shipping

See our Shipping Policy for delivery times and costs. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

8. Returns and refunds

See our Refund Policy, which includes our 30-day change-of-mind returns and your rights for faulty items.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, logos and images, belongs to Wag&Nest or our licensors. Please don't copy it without permission.

10. Reviews and comments

If you post a review or comment, it must be honest and must not be offensive, misleading or unlawful. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the ACL, our liability for any product is limited to replacing the product, supplying an equivalent product, or refunding the price paid.

12. Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
