Shipping Policy

We know the wait for a new toy feels long, especially for a dog who's been eyeing the letterbox. Here's everything you need to know about getting your Wag&Nest order.

Shipping costs

• Standard shipping: FREE on all orders within Australia.
• Express shipping: $9.70 flat rate.

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Our products ship from partner fulfilment centres, so delivery times vary by product and location:

• Standard: usually 7–15 business days after dispatch
• Express: usually 5–10 business days after dispatch

Regional and remote areas (including parts of WA, NT and QLD) may take a few extra days. Delivery estimates are a guide only and aren't guaranteed, as delays can occur with carriers, customs or peak periods like Christmas.

Multiple parcels

If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. That's normal, and you won't be charged extra.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking can take 2–5 days to update after dispatch.

Christmas orders

Buying a Christmas present for your pet (or a pet lover)? We recommend ordering by early December to allow for peak-season delays. We'll post exact cut-off dates on our site closer to the time.

Where we ship

We currently ship within Australia. Please make sure your address is correct and complete. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, re-shipping costs may apply.

Lost or late parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, or tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, email contact@wagandnest.com with your order number. We'll chase it up and, if it's lost, send a replacement or refund. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.
