Shipping destinations

We currently ship within Australia.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free on all Australian orders. Express shipping is AUD $9.70.

Processing and delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 7–15 business days for Standard shipping and 5–10 business days for Express shipping. Regional and remote areas may take longer. Delivery estimates are guides and can be affected by carriers, peak periods and other events outside our control.

Multiple parcels

Products may be supplied by different fulfilment partners, so one order can arrive in separate parcels on different days. There is no additional shipping charge when this occurs.

Tracking

We email tracking information after dispatch. Tracking may take 2–5 days to begin updating.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address before submitting an order. If an order is returned because the address was incomplete or incorrect, additional delivery charges may apply.

Late or lost parcels

If tracking has not updated for 7 days or your order is outside the estimated delivery window, email contact@wagandnest.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate solution. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.
