This website is operated by Wag&Nest, an Australian online pet-products store. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy available under Australian Consumer Law or another law that cannot be excluded.

Products

We aim to describe products accurately, including dimensions, materials and colours. Colours can vary between screens. Please check measurements and select a suitable size for your pet before ordering.

Pet safety

Supervise pets with new toys, inspect products regularly and replace damaged items. Select products appropriate for your pet's size and behaviour. Follow supplied instructions, particularly for electronic, water, grooming and care products. Product information is not veterinary advice.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Australian dollars. Taxes are included where applicable. Prices may change, but an accepted order is charged at the price displayed at checkout. If a clear pricing or availability error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, a price is clearly incorrect or fraud is suspected.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Website content, branding and original creative materials belong to Wag&Nest or their respective licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Reviews and comments must be honest and lawful. We may remove content that is misleading, offensive or unlawful.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the remedies available under applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot legally be limited.
